Sophie Hatter, a plain hatmaker’s daughter, is cursed into an old woman by the jealous Witch of the Waste. Rescued by the enigmatic wizard Howl, she joins him and his magical companions aboard his moving castle, embarking on a perilous journey through a kingdom torn apart by war to break the curse.
